Long term Rental in Guardamar Del Segura – This traditional style house is located in a quiet (though not deserted) urbanisation in Guardamar close to the N332, which is the main bus route between Alicante and Cartagena. Guardamar Town and Torrevieja are only a short drive away.

The property consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 toilet upstairs, 1 being a mezzanine bedroom. A further bedroom and bathroom downstairs,  living/dining room, separate kitchen with a small pantry.

There is air conditioning throughout the house, and it is double glazed throughout. Each upstairs bedroom has a private balcony leading out through patio doors. Outside the property downstairs you will find a pleasant seating area with table and chairs for outside dining. there is a pull back toldo and side cover for shade on those really hot days.There is ample roadside parking. There is a Saturday market behind Procomobel and the Sunday Lemon Tree market is within walking distance  .
